Jewelry Care
All our jewels are made of 925 Sterling Silver or 18k Gold-plated 925 Sterling Silver. Some jewels in our collection are made of another material that is specified in the product description.
Maintaining the shine of your jewelry as the first day is very simple, you just have to follow all our recommendations.
All our jewels have been treated with specific techniques to maintain their initial appearance, however, if they are not cared for, cleaned and stored properly, they will lose their original shine and appearance.
- Tips on how to care for and maintain silver:
Due to the use of your jewelry, it can lose its shine. For its preservation, we recommend not exposing them to cosmetic products or perfumes. It is also advisable to remove jewelry to sleep, to perform any activity that involves sweating of the skin and to shower.
For the preservation of the gold plated jewelry, it is essential not to wet the jewels , since wetting them reduces its duration.
- Cleaning tips for your jewelry:
To restore the shine of your Silver jewelry , wash the piece by rubbing with a toothbrush gently with a little soap and semi-hot water.
Gold-plated silver jewelry should only be gently cleaned with a specific microfiber cloth for jewelry cleaning, without applying any liquid or product, thus avoiding the loss of the bath.
However, this technique will not remove any scratches or bumps that the piece may have.
- Tips for storing your jewelry:
Store your jewelry in a cool place, without exposure to the sun and without humidity. We recommend storing the pieces in a padded jewelry box or tarnish resistant velvet bag that comes with it.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Wild Jewelry does not ensure that the gold plating of jewelry will last forever. Gold-plated pieces are more delicate and susceptible to discoloration over time, especially if the care indicated in the previous sections is not carried out.
The duration of the bath will depend on different factors such as sweating, improper use, the PH of the skin, the use of cosmetic or chemical products on the skin, such as hydroalcoholic gel or creams and colognes. Therefore, gold-plated jewelry requires special care.
always keep in mind that if you take care of your jewelry they will be with you for a long time!
