Refund & Return Policy

All Size Orders in Kuwait Only
  • We do not accept returns on any purchased item because our pieces are limited 
  • If however your order is damaged or faulty please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we can discuss options to rectify the situation.  Please note we can accept no liability for damaged or faulty goods if you do not notify us of the problem within 3 days of receipt
Specific Size Orders in Kuwait Only
  • We will accept returns/exchanges on products that have specific size like rings, in case it's too small or too big 
  • If you wish to return a product, we would ask you to return the product/products to us within 3 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items, in these conditions, we will contact you and issue you with a refund. 
  • The delivery charges will not be refunded. The cost of return delivery will be incurred by you, the customer.

 

Within 3 days you are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for Kuwait only.

Refunds & returns are not acceptable for orders outside Kuwait 

To start a return, you can contact us on Instagram . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping cost will be applied, if all criteria applies you should get your refund immediately. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, limited edition items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
